PHOTOGRAPHY COPYRIGHT LAWS:  Under current copyright laws, the copyright of any photography remains with the photographer unless specifically agreed upon. The photographer retains all rights to photos taken of properties. We license the use of the images to the listing agent of the property at the time the photo is taken. The license of use is extended to the agent for the amount of time that the property is for sale.
Photographs taken by Greg Schuchard Photography are not to be used for any purpose other than the marketing of the property listing.
Photographs taken for an agent cannot be passed on to another agent should the seller wish to change agents unless the seller paid for the photos.  We require that the new listing agent contact us and we will shoot the property again. We do not want to damage our relationship with any clients by licensing work they had paid us for to a another agent.
 If the seller pays us for the licenses, then they can transfer the images to different agents for the purpose of marketing their home. The new listing agent will need to contact us.

1The feeling of actually walking through the home gives the viewer far more information as to the flow of the house and how each room connects with other rooms.  We also use a 3 axis motorized gimbal to keep your video easy on the eyes.  It's as though you're 'floating' through the house just as you would if you were touring the home in person.     Price includes walk through video of home and property with background music that will be somewhere between 4 -7 minutes in length.

VIDEO: Real estate videos are shot with the same format every time. Therefore, we do not offer previews.  If there are areas of the home you do or don't want recorded,  please be sure to let us know before the video is edited. We will edit any errors that we make at no charge.  Additional editing after the finished product will be $100.  We strive to have our videos ready by the next day so you may get them on the MLS.
